Terms & Conditions

Using Graves County Recent Arrests means accepting these terms. Stop using the site if you do not agree. These conditions apply to the reference content, search features, links, and communications offered here.

This is a privately operated reference site with no affiliation to Graves County, a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government agency. It cannot confirm custody or release and does not provide official records.

Nature of the Service

The site organizes public source routes and explains differences among Graves County bookings, jail custody, Kentucky DOC records, VINE alerts, court cases, and federal systems. It does not create, keep, certify, or control the records at those destinations. A linked record can change without notice.

Acceptable Use

Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, systems, or access for others. Users may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the site, impersonate another person, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, use information to harass or threaten, or misstate private content as an official government record.

No FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not provide consumer reports. Neither its content nor any result reached through it may be used for credit, employment, hiring, housing, tenant screening, insurance, or another purpose governed by the FCRA. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and Kentucky law.

Independent Outbound Links

Links may lead to Graves County offices, Kentucky agencies, federal agencies, publishers, or commercial search providers. A link is offered for convenience and does not endorse the destination, guarantee its accuracy, or create control over its content. Each destination has separate terms, privacy practices, fees, and access rules.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. Arrest and custody information may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, sealed, or associated with a person of a similar name.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site operator and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost opportunity, or decisions based on content, downtime, a partner result, or an outbound link. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

Your Indemnity Duty

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site operator and its service providers from claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership and Permitted Access

The site's original text, organization, branding, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Government records and third-party material remain subject to their own ownership and access rules. A limited, revocable, nonexclusive right is granted to view the site for lawful personal use. No ownership interest transfers to the visitor.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the site, providers, or legal duties change. The posted version controls from the time it appears. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Suspension or Revocation

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended without advance notice when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. Features may also be changed or discontinued.

Kentucky Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kentucky law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law controls. Kentucky's Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884, governs qualifying public-agency requests; it does not make this private site a government record custodian.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Questions About Terms

Questions about these terms may be sent through the site's available contact route. Questions about custody, booking records, court files, or corrections data must go to the Graves County or Kentucky office that holds the record.
